Is a deposit required to book an appointment?
Yes, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. This charge does go towards the appointment total. Deposits are not charged for appointments under $65, but in the circumstance that the appointment is cancelled at all, the $25 fee will be charged in place of lost deposit.
How do I pay the deposit?
If booking online, the deposit will be charged to the card placed on file. If booking directly through me, you will be sent an invoice to pay the deposit with a card.
How much notice do I need to give if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a lost deposit and a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. If within 2 hours of the appointment, this is considered a no show and a fee of 100% of the service total will be charged.
Can I use my same deposit if I reschedule?
If you reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, you may use your same deposit once. If rescheduling more than once, a new deposit is required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Only cash, card, and tap payments are accepted.
What happens if Iām running late?
There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and result in a no show fee of 100% of the appointment total. In the circumstance that I do not have an appointment following yours, you may be accepted in.
Can I change my service after I already booked it?
You may change your service to an equal or greater service at any time, but there is a 48 hour policy that applies to changing your service to a smaller service. You can change your service with 48 hours notice. If switching to a smaller service within the 48 hours, you are still required to pay the full fee of your original appointment. This is due to the larger amount of time that was booked out for the original appointment that is now empty when you changed services, when with proper notice, that spot could of been filled.
Ex 1: You originally booked a brow lamination ($80), and within 48 hours of your appointment you decided to only do a brow wax ($18), the cost of your original service will still be charged.
Ex 2: You originally booked an Oxygen Infusion Facial ($130) and within 48 hours, you decided to change your service to just a Signature Glow Facial ($100), the cost of your original service will still be charged.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
No guests are allowed in the room during the appointment, unless previously discussed.
Can I return products?
Products cannot be returned.
